ஒருபோதும் நிரம்பாத தன்மை உடைய அவாவை ஒழித்தால் ஒழித்த அந்நிலையே எப்போதும் மாறாதிருக்கும் இன்ப வாழ்வைத் தரும்.
ஒரு காலமும் முடிவு பெறாத குணத்தை உடைய ஆசையை விட்டுவிட்டால், அதுவே ஒருவனுக்கு நிலைத்து வாழும் இயல்பைக் கொடுக்கும்.

அவாஎன்ப எல்லா உயிர்க்கும் எஞ் ஞான்றும்
Desire to all, always is seed From which ceaseless births proceed
View kural →வேண்டுங்கால் வேண்டும் பிறவாமை மற்றது
If long thou must, long for non-birth It comes by longing no more for earth
View kural →வேண்டாமை அன்ன விழுச்செல்வம் ஈண்டில்லை
No such wealth is here and there As peerless wealth of non-desire
View kural →தூஉய்மை என்பது அவாவின்மை மற்றது
To nothing crave is purity That is the fruit of verity
